Quick Take – Very soft, extra large, high quality beach blanket that you'll enjoy

The blanket comes shipped folded in a netted bag (pictured next to the blanket in the photo with this review) that can be reused to store and transport the blanket, which I found handy and actually used. At the end of a day at the beach, being able to put the blanket away in the bag was handy.
As soon as I opened this it was immediately stricken by how incredibly soft the blanket is. It's supposedly made from Turkish Cotton. I have no idea what Turkish Cotton is, or what makes it different from regular cotton but considering how soft this thing is, I guess I like Turkish Cotton. The thickness is just right; it's definitely not too thin and it provided the perfect amount of protection from the scorching hot sand underneath! I went with a color I believe was called "wistful Maverick", I'm very happy with how it looks and matches what was shown in the listing perfectly. Also there are little decorative tassels on two of the ends; they don't bother me and add a bit of flair/styling but personally I could have done without them.

At 82 inches by 82 inches it's more than big enough for two people to lay out on, with enough space left over for all of your belongings (as a comparison a queen sized bed is only 60 by 80!). It's sold as a beach blanket but there's absolutely no reason this can't be used to sleep with or as improvised couch cover, etc.

Overall it's a high (dare I say superb?) quality blanket that looks and feels great; there's not a single negative thing I can say about! I'm extremely satisfied with this blanket and as the beach season winds down l look forward to being able to take it out again next year. Definitely recommended.

This is a lightweight beach/picnic blanket that comes with a really nice mesh bag for storage, folds up small, and is a great type of blanket to just leave in your car to always have on hand. It's nice and soft and comes in attractive colors. It's machine washable and dryer safe as well.

It's a nice size too! At 82" square, you're looking at over 6 feet on each side, making it plenty of space for a grown adult to lay out. The soft texture also makes it so it doesn't have tons of sand getting stuck in the fibers like it would a towel. However, I wouldn't say its completely "sand proof" (but is anything completely sand proof?).

It's not super thick, but that makes it more compact, but its thick enough to do what its meant to do. Just don't expect extra cushion. Overall, a great buy for a busy family.

I needed a grab and go picnic/beach blanket that I could keep in the car, this one is perfect. It’s nicely woven, it’s tight enough while still feeling soft. It dries pretty quickly when you hang it up, and it’s good for a quick towel off. I saw there was a mesh carrying bag, and I was initially skeptical. Usually you wash something once and it never fits in again, but this blanket folds up small enough to fit in the bag. Throw it in the car, throw it in a beach bag, it’s small and light enough to keep on hand. The green color is also pretty, a nice bonus.

The listing calls it a beach blanket but I like it as a picnic blanket. I brought it to a lawn concert and really enjoyed being able to dump my stuff on the ground without losing anything in the grass. I think it also keeps bugs from climbing out of the grass. It comes in a mesh drawstring bag that’s fairly easy to put back on. Just fold in half until it’s that size. Being square makes that simple. I like the fringe on the two edges. I was look around at blankets with no fringe, and they looked incomplete. Full fringe would be annoying, I like having two clean edges. The material is soft and supple, thick enough to stay put, roughly the size of a sweatshirt in my bag. I like it. Perfect for keeping in the trunk for anytime I want to sit or lay on the ground.
