Charge the battery for 7 hours prior to the initial use
This product will not overcharge while sitting in the mains charging base with the mains switched
under normal charging conditions the main charging base and base of the unit will be warm to the touch- this is normal
Try to avoid fully discharging the battery on a regular basis
